HELLO, I thought that today I could bore or interest you with my meditations on the new Divine Comedy single. Bad Ambassador is very good, in my humble opinion. Moreover, it has a B-Side (on CD1) called U.S.E. Not only does it combine duster-sharp satire with music, it does so in a style that evokes The Beatles' Lady Madonna in a brothel, with a hint of an old Access advert. If you don't believe me, you are obviously too cynical. Also, on CD2, their live cover of the Quo's Picture's of Matchstick Men is fun. It is.
ALL of which means that it is a scandal that it only got to 34 in the charts. Nobody has my taste any more...
